Farm Evalution Plans Information and Assistance
The following is information to help in completing the Farm Evaluation Plan that every grower must complete for all his irrigated acres. Farm Evaluation Plans are DUE to the Coaltion not later than April 1, 2018. If Farm Evaluation Plans are not turned in by the deadline growers could be subject to Regional Board action, see the press release on enforcement actions on growers.
Member Web Portal - Log into your online member web portal to fill out and submit Farm Evaluation Plans, see your invoice, check to make sure all your paperwork has been filed. If you need to sign up for access, click the "Sign Up" button on the login page.

Need Assistance in filling out the forms?
The Coalition will also be offering assistance to members and growers who need help in completing the Farm Evaluation surveys in-person at the Coalition’s office at 3294 Ad Art Road in Stockton (San Joaquin Farm Bureau Building) on the following days:

Thursday, February 22, 2018; 9:00 PM to Noon
