Growers are required to attend an annual grower meeting each year. The year is based on the membership year which is July 1 to June 30. The following are dates and times of 2022/23 Annual Grower meetings members must attend to stay in compliant with the state regulations for the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program.
All meeting will be at San Joaquin County Robert Cabral Agriculture Center at 2101 E. Earhart Avenue, Stockton CA 95206
A Grower can attend a grower pesticide use certification meeting conducted by the San Joaquin County : If you attend one of these meetings, you can get credit for a Coalition meeting by bringing the ticket on mailed to you in November 2022. Note the member ID(s) of all memberships you’re representing on your ticket and turn it in to the Coalition representative at the meeting.
These classes put on by the San Joaquin Agricultural Commissioner are for those who need to earn continuing education (CE) hours for grower certification and other license holders, including the private applicators certificate and pest control advisor hours. If you do not need continuing education hours, please attend one of the Coalition meetings listed above in January or February.
The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner will conduct pesticide use certification meetings on the following dates.

Nitrogen Management Self Certification Classes are for farmers and farm manager to be able to "Self Certify" the Irrigation and Nitrogen Management Plans for the irrigated farmland they own or manage. There are not any Self Certification Classes scheduled at this time
